120-Night Sleep Trial Policy
We want you to feel confident in your mattress purchase and experience the comfort it was designed to deliver. That’s why we offer a 120-night sleep trial on all eligible mattresses, giving you time to truly test it in your home environment.
We understand that adjusting to a new mattress can take time. That’s why Mattress Plus offers a 120-night sleep trial to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please review the following terms carefully:
• The 120-night trial applies only to mattresses. Adjustable bases, pillows, bedding, and other accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• A 32% restocking fee will be deducted from all mattress returns.
• Any processing fees associated with your order (including original payment or financing fees) will also be deducted from the return amount
• Pickup and Delivery Fee: A fee of $180 will be charged for the pickup of the original mattress and or delivery of the exchanged mattress.
• Only one return or exchange per household is allowed under the 120-night trial.
30-Night Adjustment Period
We require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleeping surface. This adjustment period is essential for accurately assessing the comfort and support of your new mattress.
90-Night Exchange Period
After the initial 30-night adjustment period, you have an additional 90 nights to decide if the mattress is right for you. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange your mattress for a different model.

Terms: Thank you for your business. Due to the nature of our products, No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted unless approved by the store manager In Writing. Due to all orders being Made-To-Order, there are No Cancellations once the order has been placed. Customer refusal of a delivery may result in loss of funds or a redelivery fee unless approved by the store manager.
