We encourage our customers to thoroughly research and test our products in-store before making a purchase to ensure they choose the best mattress for their needs.
120-Night Sleep Trial
We understand that adjusting to a new mattress can take time. That’s why Mattress Plus offers a 120-night sleep trial to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the details:
30-Night Adjustment Period
We require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleeping surface. This adjustment period is essential for accurately assessing the comfort and support of your new mattress.
90-Night Exchange Period
After the initial 30-night adjustment period, you have an additional 90 nights to decide if the mattress is right for you. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange your mattress for a different model.
Exchange Fees
- Restock Fee: There is an 18% restock fee applied to all exchanges.
- Pickup and Delivery Fee: A fee of $180 will be charged for the pickup of the original mattress and delivery of the exchanged mattress.
