🛏️ 10-Year Limited Warranty – Memory Foam Mattress
Warranty Coverage:
This 10-Year Limited Warranty applies to your memory foam mattress and is provided by Mattress Plus. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the original purchase date.
Covered Under Warranty:
- Visible sagging or indentations greater than 1.5 inches that are not associated with improper use or an unsupportive foundation.
- Defects in the foam material causing the mattress to split or crack despite proper handling.
- Manufacturing flaws in the cover zipper or seams (when applicable).
- Premature loss of shape, resilience, or support due to defective materials or craftsmanship.
Not Covered:
- Normal increase in softness or minor changes in foam performance over time.
- Mattress damage from misuse, abuse, burns, cuts, or stains.
- Use on an improper foundation or base (e.g., slatted bases with gaps wider than 3 inches).
- Comfort preferences (e.g., firmness level dissatisfaction).
- Damage due to transit after initial delivery.
- Mattresses used commercially or in a rental environment.
Conditions:
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The mattress must be used on a solid, flat, and supportive foundation at all times.
- Proof of purchase is required to file a claim.
- At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective mattress or component. Replacements may be provided with similar materials or updated models.
🌿 20-Year Warranty – Latex Mattress
Warranty Coverage:
Your latex mattress is backed by a 20-Year Warranty from Mattress Plus against defects in materials and craftsmanship, under normal household use, from the original purchase date.
Covered Under Warranty:
- Visible body impressions or indentations greater than 1 inch when the mattress has been continuously supported on an appropriate base.
- Indentations greater than usual with caving.
- Splitting, cracking, or deterioration of latex foam layers not caused by external damage or misuse.
- Defective seams or structural failure of the mattress core or cover due to faulty workmanship.
Not Covered:
- Natural softening or settling of latex over time.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, liquid exposure, or unapproved cleaning methods.
- Use on an unsupported or inappropriate foundation.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.
- Mattresses used in commercial, institutional, or non-residential settings.
Conditions:
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
- Mattress must be continuously used on a suitable base or frame with adequate support.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the mattress, or issue a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty period.
- Replacement mattresses may differ in appearance or materials due to design updates.
