120-Night Sleep Trial Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why Mattress Plus offers a 120-night sleep trial on all eligible mattresses, giving you time to test your mattress in your own home.
Please review the following terms carefully:
- The 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Adjustable bases, pillows, bedding, and other accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- A 32% restocking fee will be deducted from all mattress returns.
- Any processing fees associated with your order (including original payment or financing fees) will be deducted from the return amount.
- A $180 fee will be charged for pickup of the original mattress and/or delivery of an exchanged mattress.
- If your purchase included any free or discounted items as part of a bundle or promotion (such as pillows, sheets, protectors, or free delivery), the full retail (MSRP) value of those items will be deducted from your return amount.
- Only one return or exchange per household is allowed under the 120-night trial.
30-Night Adjustment Period
We require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleeping surface. This period is essential for accurately assessing comfort and support.
90-Night Exchange Period
After the 30-night adjustment period, you have an additional 90 nights to decide if the mattress is right for you. If you're not satisfied, you may exchange it for a different model.

Thank you for your business. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless approved by the store manager in writing with the exception of the 120-Night Sleep Trial. Because all orders are made-to-order, no cancellations are permitted once an order is placed. Customer refusal of a delivery may result in loss of funds or a redelivery fee unless approved by the store manager.
